Previously known in Brunei as Party'z.On Sdn Bhd (1998) and in Singapore as Party'z.On International Pte Ltd - Tampines Mall (1999) Century Square(2001-2003) East Coast Road (2003).
Serene our Balloon Artist since 1999 has attended numerous Seminars/Trainings and Balloon workshops in USA, Australia, Phillipines, Indonesia etc.
Serene is also trained in Floral Design from Nobleman School of Floral Design
Our balloons are imported from the USA which are Brighter, Richer in Colour and Thicker in Quality.
With more than 20 years in the Balloon Industry we KNOW that there is never a substitute for Quality when it comes to doing up your important event!
