Yes! We were open 24 hours a day for 365 days a year!
However during this Phase 3, we will only be opened till midnight.
Though deliveries will still take place 24 hours.

It depends on the material, size and brand of the balloon(s) you got!
This should give you an idea:
11" LATEX balloons: 6 - 8 hours
16" LATEX balloons: 8 - 12 hours
24" LATEX balloons: 10 - 18 hours
36" LATEX balloons: 18 - 24 hours
FOIL, BUBBLE, ORBZ balloons: at least 1 day
If you wish to keep your balloons longer, you need to care for it ideally.
We have provided Product Care instructions for each product you purchase on our site.

At outlet:
We accept most payment methods i.e. Cash/Visa/MasterCard/Amex/GrabPay/AliPay.
Online:
We only accept payments via Stripe, Paypal and PayNow.
Throughn Stripe and Paypal, you can pay via VISA, Masters and AMEX.
Orders via Whatsapp:
We only accept payments via Bank Transfer and PayNow.
Please note that payment is to be done IN FULL to confirm your order.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).
