- Strictly NO refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
- Packages are fixed. No changes to any item included in package is allowed.
- Delivery time slot is from 10:00am - 8:00pm within a 3 hour time frame only.
- Additional charges will be applied after designated time.

- Helium balloons comes with curling ribbon (approximately 1.2m -1.5m long).
- Helium estimate for indoor use only.
- Normal air-filled balloons will not float and can stay inflated for more than a week.
- Latex balloons will be slighty oxidized over time.
- Latex balloons can be treated with Hi-Float and make it last up to 3x longer.
- Latex balloons when filled with helium can last 6-8 hours (indoors).
- Helium makes the balloon float and not regular air.
- Balloons regardless of their types when exposed under the sun or placed in a hot area will either deflate or explode.
- Care must be taken always when treating with balloons.
- Avoid sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
- Do not over inflate any balloons beyond their actual size.
- Adult supervision is recommended for children under 6 years old as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.
- Keep uninflated balloons away from children.
- Discard broken balloons at once.
