Flowers:
- Stated flowers may be replaced with another of equal value if they are unavailable.
- Basket and boxes may differ from picture shown and would be matched with colour/occasion theme as close as possible.
- Floral arrangement and foliages/fillers used in arrangements will be designed by our florist.
- There may be flower substition due to seasonal nature or flower condition.
- Blooms and Balloons guarantee that your order of flowers or any perishable products are fresh. If the flowers or perishable products your received are not fresh, we will replace them with another arrangement of equivalent value, at no additional charge.
Balloon(s):
To keep your fresh flowers longer:
- Transfer your flowers to a vase filled with water.
- Cut about 1 inch off the flower stems before placing them in a vase.
- All flowers and foliage stems should be submerged.
- Flowers stay fresher and longer when they are hydrated.
- Add fresh water every day when the flowers come in a basket or other container with foam.
- Place flowers in a cool area away from drafts.
- Remove dead or wilting leaves and stems from fresh flower arrangements.
- Ensure a fresh change of water regularly.
Balloon(s):
- Standard black vinyl sticker will be used for all customised balloons.
- Bubble balloons when filled with helium can last more than a day (indoors).
- Helium makes the balloon float and not regular air.
- Balloons regardless of their types when exposed under the sun or placed in a hot area will either deflate or explode.
- Care must be taken always when treating with balloons.
- Avoid sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
- Do not over inflate any balloons beyond their actual size.
- Adult supervision is recommended for children under 6 years old to use the balloons as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.
- Discard broken balloons at once.
