- Preserved flowers can last up to 1 year.
- Fresh flowers can last up to 1 week.
Preserved Rose :
- It is ideal to store in a cool area or room temperature. Keep them away from direct sunlight and wet or humid areas.
- There is no need to water preserved flowers. Do not water your preserved flowers. Water damages the beauty of your flower, causing the petals to become translucent.
- If we are unable to supply your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and colour.
Fresh Flowers :
- Fresh flower Bouquet lasts up to 2 days.
- To last longer cut 1 inch off the stems and place them in a vase of water.
- For flowers in vase orders, flower vase will come with water beads. Please empty the water beads in a bag and throw them before filling the vase with fresh water.
- Colours of fresh flowers vary, depending on the season i.e. some light pink roses may be of a lighter or darker shade as compared to others.
- Be rest assured we use only the freshest of flowers.
- Should we need to make any substitutions, we will be replace with a product of similar cost or higher with no prior notice.
