- Baby’s breath bouquet (if any) will be white in colour.
- Floral arrangement will be designed by our florist according to the theme chosen or closest with exception to black/Gold/Silver.
- Message on the box/balloon to be capped at the allocated maximum number of words.
- Standard black vinyl sticker print will be used for the message on the box and the balloon unless the balloon colour is black. Visible vinyl sticker print will be used on black balloons.
- Battery will be provided to all LED products in the box balloon.
- All our latex balloons, except the 6” Heart Latex, will be treated with Hi-Float so they can stay 3x longer.
- It is highly advisable to open the box within 2 hours upon delivery as the floating time for the 6” heart latex is approximately 2 hours. The 6” heart latex balloons are to create the “Pop-out Surprise” effect.
- Balloons regardless of their types when exposed under the sun or placed in a hot area will either gradually deflate or explode.
- Latex Balloons when placed outdoors for too long under the sun will oxidize.
- Care must be taken always when handling balloons.
- Avoid sharp objects and edges especially under a rotating ceiling fan when opening the box.
- Adult supervision is recommended when opening the box.
